Sport & Social Group dba JAM is the sole administrator of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement without the consent of the user (except as required by law or in the case of imminent physical harm to the user or others). JAM collects information from our users at several points on our website.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Sport & Social Group dba JAM will collect and use user details for billing purposes, to anticipate and resolve problems with your service, or to create and inform you of products and services that better meet your needs. You may opt out of promotional emails, but you will still receive league updates and changes via email. Sport and Social Club is not liable to users who intentionally provide incorrect email addresses. User profile passwords are encrypted to industry standard. No credit card information is stored.

If a user wishes to subscribe to Sport and Social Club’s newsletter, contact information such as name and email address will be required. When you register for league play, you have the option to receive a subscription to our bi-weekly email newsletter (Chalkboard). You may opt in or out of this after you register for JAM leagues. If you unsubscribe, Sport & Social Group dba JAM is not liable for any disruption in league services that may result due to missed communication.

From time-to-time our site requests information from users via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as postal code, age level). Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site.

Do not use any of our web based to software to market competing products. That is a total weasel move. We welcome the competition, but not at the expense of the annoyance it causes our members. Don’t email people in our system about anything non-league related with our their prior consent. Faliure to not be a weasel will result in you losing user priviledges, ejection from current and future SSC programs, and in some cases, a lot of legal fees defending yourself in court.

With the JAM User Profile, if personally identifiable information changes (such as your email address), the user is responsible for making these changes him or herself. This can be accomplished by logging into to your profile and using the “edit profile” option.

Users who no longer wish to receive our promotional emails may opt-out of receiving them by following the unsubscribe instruction provided in the email. Those users, however, will still receive league-essential emails, including, but not limited to, schedule, venue, rule changes and disciplinary notices. If you have any issues unsubscribing through the automated process we include in promotional emails: please don’t get angry with us. Sometimes computer stuff just doesn’t work correctly, no matter how hard we try. We will be more than happy to remove you manually in a very timely manner, just drop us a line to our customer service email account and be sure to include the email address to which you are receiving our communications.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes at your player profile page so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way of an email. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
